1. About NaijaPunter

NaijaPunter (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered sports information and analysis service. We provide football statistics, AI-graded selections, confidence scores, and bet codes for informational and entertainment purposes only.

NaijaPunter is NOT a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling platform. We do not accept stakes, hold funds for betting, or pay out winnings. Any wager you place is made entirely at your own discretion with a licensed bookmaker of your choice.

2. No Guarantee of Winnings

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our picks, confidence scores, and analysis are predictions based on data — they are not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any and all betting decisions you make and any losses you incur. NaijaPunter accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of our information.

3. Eligibility — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use NaijaPunter. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Gambling may be restricted or illegal in your location. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our service and betting with any bookmaker is lawful where you live.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription (Basic, Pro, or VIP). Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and billed for the period stated at checkout (typically 30 days).

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions grant access for the paid period and do not auto-renew unless stated; you must renew to keep access.

Because subscriptions deliver time-sensitive information immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute our picks, bet codes, or content to non-subscribers. Accounts found sharing access may be suspended without refund.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Responsible Gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, please seek help and consider self-exclusion tools offered by bookmakers.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms, our pricing, or features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
